Warranty

All of our sofas include a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects.

What is covered

  • Structural frame issues
  • Manufacturing faults
  • Defects in materials or workmanship

What is not covered

  • General wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care
  • Colour changes due to sunlight exposure

Making a claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault:

  • Contact us with your order details
  • Provide photos of the issue

We will assess the issue and arrange:

  • Repair, replacement, or
  • Further investigation if required

Important information

Claims made after 6 months may require additional evidence to confirm the issue was present at the time of delivery.
